These terms apply to all digital products and related content sold by Sonder, operated by Little Fox Agency Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), including through our checkout pages. By ticking the agreement box at checkout or using our products, you accept these terms.
Our products are digital guides on maintaining and reconnecting real-life friendships. Unless stated otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, lifetime, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use. You may not share your login, redistribute, resell, copy or republish any content.
Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Our products carry a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee: email contact@get-sonder.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our content is general guidance, not professional advice (e.g. not therapy or counselling). You apply it at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own decisions and how you communicate with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law), Little Fox Agency Pty Ltd, its owner and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use or application of our content, and you release and indemnify Little Fox Agency Pty Ltd against any claim arising from your actions or your breach of these terms.
All content, videos, downloads and materials remain the property of Sonder. The licence in section 1 is your only right to use them.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Material changes will not reduce the refund rights attached to a purchase you have already made.
